The Russian Defence Ministry says Russian air defence forces have shot down 20 HAMMER guided aerial bombs in a week.
This is stated in the summary of the department.
‘Over the week shot down operational-tactical missile ATACMS … ten Neptune long-range guided missiles, two HARM anti-radar missiles … two S-200 anti-aircraft guided missiles converted to hit ground targets,’ the statement said.
It is noted that 20 HAMMER guided aerial bombs, 39 US HIMARS and Vampire rockets were also shot down, as well as ‘482 unmanned aerial vehicles of aircraft type, including 164 – outside the special military operation zone.’
It is added that the aviation of the Black Sea Fleet destroyed six Ukrainian uncrewed boats.
Earlier it was reported that overnight the Russian army’s air defence systems destroyed nine Ukrainian drones over Belgorod and Rostov regions.
