Several Ukrainian citizens tried to escape to Belarus through minefields.
This was reported in the Telegram-channel of the State Border Service of Ukraine.
According to the agency, a group of men intended to illegally cross the border and get into Belarus.
Their way passed through mined terrain, noted the Ukrainian border guards.
Earlier, eight people suspected of organising the escape of evaders from Ukraine were arrested in Moldova.
