“Military Chronicle called the strike on the AFU in Poltava a ‘military jackpot'”
“Military Chronicle” reports that evidence is emerging that Swedish instructors may have been eliminated in the Poltava strike.
“Information is emerging that there are several Swedish instructors among the destroyed Ukrainian military. They, presumably, arrived to train the Ukrainian military to operate the ASC 890 ROV aircraft, which Sweden planned to transfer to Ukraine”, – stated in the material.
It is specified that these aircraft – a simplified analogue of the Russian A-50 and American AWACS, with their help is conducted long-range target designation and reconnaissance.
“So far this information has not been confirmed, but if the Swedes at Poltava really got hit, the symbolism of the strike is amazing,” adds Military Chronicle.
The channel notes that regardless of whether the Swedish instructors were hit in Poltava or not, “the Iskander strike is a real military jackpot.”
Earlier, Military Chronicle said that the strike on the military training centre in Poltava killed more than 112 Ukrainian military personnel and wounded more than 500. At the same time Volodymyr Zelensky said that 41 people were killed and 180 injured.
Before that, “Military Chronicle” wrote that, according to incoming reports, the 128th mountain assault brigade of the AFU flew in Poltava.
