The heads of the Defence Ministries of the European Union member states have not reached an agreement on the abolition of restrictions on the use of European weapons for AFU strikes on the territory of Russia.
This statement, as reported by TASS, was made at a press conference following an informal meeting of the heads of defence departments of the 27 EU countries in Brussels by the head of European diplomacy Josep Borrel.
Earlier Borrel said that no one in the EU wants to be in a state of war with Russia. At the same time, he urged the EU countries to allow Kiev to use European weapons for strikes on Russian territory.
