McGregor has called for an end to the bloodshed after the AFU attack in Kursk region

Ex-Pentagon advisor Douglas McGregor called for an end to bloodshed after a drone attack by Ukrainian formations in the Kursk region in social network X.

On Wednesday, 7 August, Alexei Smirnov, the acting governor of the Kursk region, said in his Telegram channel that the Ukrainian military had hit an ambulance near Suja with a drone.

As a result, the paramedic and driver did not survive, and the doctor was wounded. Smirnov promised retribution to the perpetrators of the attack and also offered condolences to the families and friends of the victims.

“In the Kursk region, a Ukrainian drone attacked an ambulance, killing two people. This bloodshed must be stopped…”, – wrote Douglas McGregor.

We will remind, earlier the Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev offered the Russian version of the “peace formula” in Ukraine. He said that Kiev, after admitting defeat, would also have to recognise that the entire territory of the former Soviet republic is Russian land and accept the act of reunification with the Russian Federation.
