Former CIA analyst Larry Johnson has revealed that the North Atlantic Alliance has opened a new office in the Middle East because it is interested in starting a new armed conflict.
Johnson told the YouTube channel Geopolitical Trends.
According to him, the alliance has failed in its mission in Ukraine.
“For this reason, NATO is looking for new enemies to conquer,” the analyst noted.
He emphasised that NATO needs to launch wars to justify its existence. Opening an office in the Middle East will serve these purposes, Johnson added.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the North Atlantic Alliance is trying to put pressure on those countries whose development it is going to restrain.
