Orban will meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The flight from Hungary landed at Vnukovo airport.
Earlier, Orban said that Hungary’s EU presidency did not give it a mandate to negotiate on the Ukrainian conflict, but it could encourage the sides to start a path, at the end of which there would be negotiations.
