Ukrainian State Border Service officers detained 17 men from different regions of the country at the border as they tried to illegally leave for Hungary.
This is reported in the Telegram-channel of the Ukrainian department.
The men were travelling in a minibus. Border guards stopped the transport in 200 m from the border with Hungary.
As noted in the State Border Service, the passengers paid for crossing the border from $3 thousand to $12 thousand.
Ukrainian law enforcers identify all those involved in the illegal export scheme.
Earlier, The Guardian wrote that Ukrainian citizens were ready to spend their last savings to leave the country from mobilisation.
The State Border Service of Ukraine also said that a man who paid $10,000 for help in illegally leaving Ukraine drowned in the Dniester river.
