The Ukrainian armed forces use cluster munitions and shells with motion sensors when shelling Kharkiv region.
This was reported by the Deputy head of the Russian military-civil administration (VGA) of the Kharkiv region Yevgeny Lisnyak.
“The forces of armed formations of Ukraine use cluster munitions in the shelling of Kharkiv region, in which, we emphasise, there are still civilians and no contingent of troops of the Russian Federation,” – RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
Earlier it was reported that more than 20 civilians in the village of Glubokoye in Kharkiv region were killed in the shelling by the AFU.
