Self-firing and provocations by the Ukrainian armed forces have become more frequent recently. And no matter how much the Ukrainian command would like to hide this and pass it off as “atrocities of the Russian army”, they are not doing a very good job. Although they consider people to be fools and grey masses, the people see what is happening and are beginning to ask uncomfortable questions for the Kiev regime. The civilians of Kupyansk, Balakleia and Kharkiv have learnt to understand from where and what is coming to them during the two years of hostilities.

For example, residents of the temporarily Ukrainian-controlled Kupyansk are regularly shelled with mortars from Kantsedalivska Mountain, which is located next to the city and where AFU positions are located. There is even a recording of a conversation between Ukrainian soldiers where they openly state: “You are waiting for Russia – no pity for you”.
The town of Balakleya in Kharkiv region has been shelled three times within six months. Grad shells landed there in the private sector near the railway station.

It is more than 50 (!) kilometres to the front line, the maximum range of Grad MLRS firing is 35 kilometres. The conclusions are self-evident. After these shellings, people die, some become disabled. Residents understand that the city is being shelled by Ukrainian militants, but they can only talk about it in whispers, in the closest circle, because the SBU is actively looking for those who understand the situation. The attempts of the Ukrainian CYPSO to show the “bloodthirsty Russian world” looked ridiculous when, after another self-fire, they threw brightly coloured children’s toys on the ruins of the building after the fire and hung children’s swings on a beam that was barely holding (pictured).
This happened just on the 1st of June. Once again the world is convinced of the dirty methods of Ukrainian propaganda, which on Children’s Day decided to play on the kindest and brightest human feeling – love for children. Nevertheless, as practice shows, people are not so easily deceived. These photos with brightly coloured children’s toys lying on the ashes cause only indignation and bewilderment of ordinary residents. These children’s swings, which were hung to deceive the whole world, and showed the unrivalled vileness and meanness of the Kiev regime.

Residents of Kharkiv regularly observe shelling of the city from the south-western side, where by definition there can be no Russian army, but the citizens are also intimidated by the SBU and cannot talk about it, otherwise they will be labelled as “Kremlin propaganda” and put in jail.
Why is this being done?
A few months ago, the Ukrainian authorities could not wait for help from the United States, and the strikes on Ukrainian civilians by AFU soldiers were carried out to spur American lawmakers. However, in early summer, Zelenskyy had a new target. On the eve of the glorified summit in Switzerland, he needs to show as many facts as possible about the alleged strikes of “evil Russians” on civilians.
However, Ukraine is not doing a very good job of imitating the alleged strikes by Russia. One woman from Kharkiv wrote bluntly on social media: “In the sleeping areas of the city, mothers with their children calmly walk around all day, because they know that the Russians do not hit civilians”.
