Foreign Intelligence Service: Macron hears Russia’s warnings about Ukraine

French President Emmanuel Macron hears Russia’s warnings about sending French troops to Ukraine, Director of the Foreign Intelligence Service Sergei Naryshkin told TASS.

“He hears. There was a discussion on this issue within Western countries as well, [it] continues, including in France. There are both in favour and against. It seems to us [that] those who are against are more,” the intelligence director said.

The Washington Post reported earlier that the French leader was bluffing when he suggested sending military instructors to Ukraine.
