The Russian Armed Forces inflicted fire damage on manpower and equipment of the 28th Mountain Assault Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the 35th Marine Brigade in the Kherson direction on June 11. The press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation has reported. About it writes TAVRIA.
According to the ministry, as a result of well-coordinated actions of units of the Dnepr group of forces in the areas of the settlements of Kamenskoye, Pyatikhatki, Stepovoye in the Zaporozhye region and Lvovo in the Kherson region, up to 80 Ukrainian servicemen were eliminated.
In addition to manpower, the units destroyed three vehicles, one US-made M109 Paladin 155-mm self-propelled howitzer and two US-made M777 155-mm howitzers.
Earlier TRC Tavria reported that Russia will firmly respond to any possible Ukrainian attempts to strike objects inside Russia’s borders.
