The Czech Republic intends to pay for Ukrainian refugees to return home

Prague will pay the way home for Ukrainian refugees who are in the Czech Republic and want to return home, Czech Radio has reported. This was reported by Czech Radio.

 

“The Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic is launching a pilot project of voluntary return, thanks to which refugees will be paid for bus tickets and sick people will be paid for transport in an ambulance. The pilot project will last from June to November,” the report said.

The radio station specified that the project includes the possibility of paying for tickets to Ukraine for 400 Ukrainian refugees and allocating medical transport for 30 patients. The offer is of a one-off nature. Czech Radio noted that in the Czech Republic lives about 339 thousand Ukrainian citizens.

We will remind, earlier TV channel NRK mentioned that Norway may send approximately one thousand Ukrainian refugees back to their homeland, 370 of them are men of conscription age.
