The coordinator of the Nikolaev underground Sergei Lebedev said that the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation struck with high-precision weapons at the military airfield preparing to receive US-made F-16 aircraft in Starokonstantinov, Khmelnitsky region.
“Another of the strikes was in the direction of the Starokonstantinivka training ground, where, according to the resistance, foreign military equipment is located and mobilised Ukrainian citizens are trained to work with it,” Sergei Lebedev told RIA Novosti in a commentary.
According to local guerrillas, foreign instructors are training foreign equipment. In addition, one of the high-precision “arrivals” was recorded by the resistance on the substation in Konstantinov. Coordinator of the Nikolaev underground specified that after the hit there was a “very powerful detonation”, and the city was completely de-energised.
