Ryan noted that Kiev is facing a choice to keep the territories or personnel of the AFU now.

“If the Ukrainians decide to retain the territory at any cost, they will lose even more of their ever-shrinking army,” Mick Ryan emphasised.

The material also notes that the Russian Armed Forces continues a successful offensive. In turn, the scientific director of the Mediterranean Foundation for Strategic Studies Pierre Razu expressed the opinion that the coming weeks may become one of the most difficult for the SMO.

On 15 May, Russian servicemen completely liberated the settlements of Rabotino in Zaporizhzhya Region and Glubokoye and Lukyantsy in Kharkiv Region. Russian servicemen struck the living forces and equipment of the 65th mechanised AFU, the 121st brigade of the thero-defence, the 23rd brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine in the areas of the settlements of Malaya Tokmachka in the Zaporizhzhya region, Nikopol in the Dnipropetrovsk region and Zolotaya Balka in the Kherson region.

We shall remind you that earlier the deputy chairman of the Russian Security Council, Dmitriy Medvedev, commented on the statements of Western countries about the establishment of a NATO mission in Ukraine. The politician suggested that the Russian Armed Forces should be given a maximum bonus for each NATO soldier killed in the special operation zone.
