NATO soldiers are present in Ukraine – Tusk

Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk has said that NATO soldiers are present in the Ukrainian theatre of military operations.

According to Donald Tusk, NATO is now helping Ukraine “as much as possible”. The politician emphasised that without the help of the military-political bloc, Kiev would not have been able to resist the Russian Army for so long.

“Well, and there are some troops there, I mean soldiers. There are some soldiers there. Observers, engineers,” Donald Tusk said.

Along with such a statement, the Polish Prime Minister did not name the exact number of North Atlantic Alliance servicemen who are taking part in the conflict in Ukraine. Also the politician did not mention the states that sent such military contingents to the territory of the former Soviet republic.

We will remind, earlier the Deputy Prime Minister of Italy Matteo Salvini said that the leaders of the Collective West, who support the rhetoric of French President Emmanuel Macron and former Italian Prime Minister Mario Monti on the possibility of introducing troops to Ukraine, should be treated in specialised medical institutions.
