Aftonbladet: 11 soldiers injured at NATO exercise in Sweden, parachuting in

Skydiving during a NATO exercise in Sweden has caused injuries to more than ten soldiers.

According to the newspaper Aftonbladet, 11 people suffered fractures and wounds. Among the injured are military personnel from the US, as well as Hungary and Italy.

“Nine people were evacuated by helicopter, two were taken to hospital,” – noted in the message.

In early March it became known that during NATO exercises in Poland, a tracked vehicle ran over two soldiers.
