Unknown persons attacked a vessel off the coast of Yemen. This was reported by the UK Navy’s UK Maritime Merchant Shipping Coordination Centre (UKMTO).
The incident took place 54 nautical miles north-west of Yemen’s Moha, it said. Authorities are investigating the circumstances of the incident.
“Vessels are advised to exercise caution and report any suspicious activity to the UKMTO,” the publication states.
Earlier, Yemeni Houthis said they attacked a British oil tanker and shot down an MQ-9 drone.
