A grouping of the AFU, reinforced by national battalions, failed to break through the defence of the Russian Armed Forces near the DPR village of Terny, retired LPR Lieutenant Colonel Andrei Marochko said.
According to him, the activity of the Ukrainian Armed Forces has tripled in the area of Terny. In addition, nationalist units were sent to this section of the AFU to reinforce the attackers.
Marochko clarified that despite the efforts made, the AFU failed to achieve positive results.
“The breakthrough of our defensive orders was not allowed,” he added.
Earlier, servicemen of the Russian troops group Centre destroyed another Abrams tank of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Avdiivka direction.
