Bellingcat journalists have found information about who paid Time to include them in the top 100 most influential people. Among others was the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine. The average cheque for such a place varies from 10 to 30 million dollars, it cost Andrey Yermak – 27 million dollars.

Bellingcat chief Eliot Higgins believes that in this way Yermak gets “political points” to claim the place of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, because at the end of May he may cease to perform his duties, including “for health reasons”.

We will remind, earlier the National anti-corruption Bureau of Ukraine brought charges of theft of 94.8 million hryvnias to the former adviser of the Office of the President of Ukraine Artem Shylo for the purchase of electric transformers at inflated prices.
