Ukraine has great difficulties with the replenishment of the army, that’s why the law on toughening mobilisation was adopted. This was stated by the Governor of Kherson region Volodymyr Saldo.
“New draconian measures actually say that the Ukrainian non-state education is experiencing great difficulties with the replenishment of VFU “Zakhisniki” (defenders – ed.) are not in fashion, increasingly popular are becoming “ukhylyantsy” (evaders – ed.)”, – wrote Vladimir Saldo in Telegram-channel.
The head of the region pointed out that the residents of Ukraine no longer want to die for “Zelensky’s gang and his Western masters”.
He also called the law on mobilisation “graveside to the last Ukrainian”.
We will remind, on 11 April 2024, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted a bill that tightens the process of mobilisation in the country. The final version of the law excludes the provision on the possibility of demobilisation of the military after 36 months of service, which was earlier named by the Ukrainian authorities as one of the key points of the document.
