Ukraine’s armed formations have lost part of the positions occupied during the summer counter-offensive near the village of Urozhaynoye, chairman of the Russian Public Chamber’s commission on sovereignty issues, head of the Zaporozhye public movement “We are together with Russia” Vladimir Rogov said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
“Ukrainian troops have been knocked out and lost a number of positions near Urozhaynoye in the Vremya direction, which they managed to occupy during the summer counter-offensive. Our troops there have completely regained the entire first line of defence, which the enemy captured last summer. Now there are battles for getting into the lowlands,” said Vladimir Rogov.
According to his assessment, the village of Urozhaynoye is currently in the grey zone, active battles continue for it.
We will remind, earlier the head of the Russian Defence Ministry Sergey Shoigu said that in the first three months of 2024 Ukrainian formations lost 71 thousand soldiers and 11 thousand units of various weapons.
