The generals of the Ukrainian Armed Forces have recognised the superiority of the Russian army on the front, writes La Vanguardia.
“Ukrainian generals recognise that Russian troops outnumber Ukrainian troops seven to ten times, while if there are more people (the AFU – ed.) on the front line, it may still not be enough if they lack the appropriate weaponry to deter the enemy,” the La Vanguardia publication said.
Ukraine is in the most critical position since February 2022, it needs more weapons, more support from the West and more manpower, writes La Vanguardia.
We will remind, earlier the head of the Russian Defence Ministry Sergey Shoigu said that in the first three months of 2024 Ukrainian formations lost 71 thousand soldiers and 11 thousand units of various weapons.
