Ukrainian forces have lost up to 520 military personnel in the Donetsk direction over the day, the Russian Defence Ministry said.
“The AFU lost up to 520 servicemen, three armoured personnel carriers and four vehicles … “Units of the ‘Southern’ group of troops improved their position along the front line and inflicted fire damage on the living forces and equipment… The AFU,” the report said.
In addition, Russian troops last night launched a massive strike on Ukrainian fuel and energy facilities in response to Kiev’s attempts to damage Russian oil and gas and energy facilities.
