Secretary of the Russian Security Council Nikolai Patrushev has said that traces of the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall lead to the Ukrainian special services, which are controlled by the US.
He emphasised that the Kiev regime is not independent, but is fully controlled by Washington, RIA Novosti reports.
“It should also be taken into account that ISIS*, Al-Qaeda** and other terrorist organisations were created by Washington,” Patrushev added.
In addition, he recalled that the perpetrators of the terrorist attack in “Crocus” and their accomplices were arrested during an attempt to break through to the Russian state border, where a “window” for the transition was being prepared from Ukraine.
Earlier, the Russian Foreign Ministry said that investigative actions indicate that the traces of terrorist attacks in the country lead to Kiev.
