The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) will face defeat in the conflict with the Russian army by the summer, the British publication The Standard has said.
“Western allies are increasingly realising that Ukraine is losing the armed conflict with Russia and may suffer a complete defeat by the summer,” The Standard said in its publication.
According to the publication, the Russian army is launching powerful strikes against the AFU on the front line, while the Ukrainian forces themselves are being depleted.
The material notes that Western countries have become less willing to support Ukraine, and some of them would like to already end the military conflict with peace talks.
“Unfortunately, the omens observed by us in Ukraine suggest that it is already too late,” – emphasised in the publication.
