Telegraph: dozens of weapons and equipment have been stolen or lost in Britain’s army

At least 30 weapons and military equipment have been stolen or lost in the UK army since 2018, The Telegraph newspaper says.


According to the newspaper, among the missing items were several machine guns, including two – general purpose machine guns (GPMG).

In addition, the newspaper writes about the loss of Sa-80 assault rifles, rocket launchers and thousands of rounds of ammunition.

Also from 2018 to 2023, the British army lost about 1.4 thousand laptops belonging to the British Ministry of Defence, at least 100 computers and up to 30 USB drives.

Earlier, a member of the British Parliament John Healey said that the British Army is not able to resist Russia and challenges threatening the country.
