The Ukrainian army has lost more than 370 personnel over the past day in fighting on the Donetsk direction, the Russian Defence Ministry said.
The enemy lost a Polish-made Krab self-propelled artillery unit, two D-30 howitzers and two US-made M119 guns during the counter-battery battle.
Also, Russian forces took more favourable lines on this front line.
In addition, the Russian Armed Forces have improved their position along the front line in the South Donetsk direction.
