According to Andreev, he felt that there was no point in talking about this topic without presenting evidence and refused the visit.

Poland’s Defence Ministry said on 24 March that a Russian cruise missile had violated the republic’s airspace.

Polish Foreign Ministry spokesman Pawel Wroński said that Warsaw was going to demand explanations from Moscow.
