Vyacheslav Gladkov, governor of Belgorod region, said that a driver of an agricultural enterprise was injured as a result of an AFU attack on the village of Tsapovka in Borisovsky district.
According to him, the Ukrainian troops dropped an explosive device from a drone on the car. At that moment, the man was unloading the car.
Gladkov said that the victim received shrapnel wounds to the upper and lower extremities, he was taken to the hospital, where he is being treated.
Earlier, the governor said that the man was injured in the shelling of the village of Murom by the AFU.
