The head of the European Council, Charles Michel, has condemned the terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall in Moscow Region and offered his condolences.
On his page in the social network X (Twitter), he called what happened terrible.
“The death of innocent people is a human tragedy, my condolences to the victims and their families,” the EU chief wrote.
Earlier, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said that he condemned the terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall in Moscow Region.
