Peskov said about the pressure of the United States and the EU on China because of relations with Russia

Pressure from the United States and the EU will not become an obstacle to the development of relations between Russia and China, said Dmitriy Peskov, press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation.

According to Dmitriy Peskov, the unprecedented pressure of the United States and the European Union on China cannot become an obstacle to the development of trade and economic relations between Russia and China.

“Of course, the unprecedented pressure of the United States and the European Union on the People’s Republic of China continues, including in the context of relations with us. This, of course, creates certain problems, but it cannot become an obstacle to the further development of our trade and economic relations,” Peskov said, as quoted by RIA Novosti.

Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin called Western ideas of a new world order hypocrisy. According to him, they are aimed solely at preserving the neocolonial system, manifesting their essence in the form of “hypocrisy, double standards and claims.”
