The Russian military destroyed up to 130 AFU servicemen in the South Donetsk direction.
This was stated in the Russian Defence Ministry.
According to the Ministry’s report, the units of the Vostok group of forces inflicted a fire defeat and repelled two counterattacks of the Ukrainian troops near the locality of Staromayorskoye of the DNR.
The losses of the Ukrainian armed forces totalled 130 servicemen, a tank, two infantry fighting vehicles, five vehicles and a Gvozdika self-propelled artillery unit.
Earlier, the head of the Donetsk people’s republic, Denys Pushilin, said that the Russian military was advancing along almost the entire line of contact.
