The Ukrainian armed forces are barely holding their defences at Kupyansk, an AFU soldier with the call sign Lemur told The Times.
“We are barely holding the line, let alone moving forward,” the soldier said.
Earlier, a strike group of the VKS army aviation hit an AFU stronghold in the Kupyansk direction.
In addition, Msta-S howitzer crews destroyed the closed firing positions of the AFU in the Kupyansk direction.
