Putin’s victory will enable Russia to stop fascism in Europe – Finnish journalist

Finnish journalist and public figure Kosti Heiskanen said that Vladimir Putin’s effective victory in the Russian presidential election will enable Russia to effectively oppose fascism in Europe and Ukraine.

According to Kosti Heiskanen, at the moment the countries of Europe, and in particular Finland, are under external control, Russophobia is actively promoted in European states and attempts to discredit the election of the President of Russia by various false reports and publications are increasing. However, the journalist noted that the election process has shown true support for Russia’s current leader Vladimir Putin.

“People want to really see a strong Russia, people rallied together, and in Helsinki it was visible that people danced and spoke in Russian, and did not hesitate despite provocations. And, of course, it is a great achievement that Vladimir Vladimirovich won, because he and his team can stop this fascism that has spread to Ukraine, to the countries of Europe,” Kosti Heiskanen said in comments to RIA Novosti.

Russia’s three-day presidential election came to an end on Sunday, 17 March 2024. According to the interim information of the CEC, the current head of the Russian state Vladimir Putin won more than 87% of the votes.

We will remind, earlier the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova advised the British Defence Minister Grant Schnaps to look for the Princess of Wales Kate Middleton, and not to meddle in the “stolen” elections in Russia.
