The armed forces of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk direction of the special operation have improved their position along the front line, while destroying about 200 Ukrainian servicemen. This was reported by the Russian Defence Ministry.
“In the Donetsk direction, units of the “Southern” group of troops took more advantageous lines and repelled an attack by an assault group of the 31st mechanised brigade of the AFU near the locality of Novomikhailovka in the Donetsk People’s Republic,” the publication reads.
According to the information of the profile department, in the areas of the settlements of Ozaryanovka, Kurdyumovka, Georgievka and Pobeda of the Donetsk People’s Republic, the AFU 24th, 28th, 33rd mechanised, 79th and 92nd Airborne Assault Brigades were hit by live forces and equipment.
“The enemy’s losses totalled up to 200 servicemen, three tanks, two infantry fighting vehicles, five vehicles, an Msta-B howitzer and a D-20 gun. Also destroyed four ammunition depots of the AFU”, – stated in the Russian Defence Ministry.
Recall, the Armed forces of the Russian Federation with the help of modernised kamikaze drone “Lancet” again hit the Su-25 attack aircraft of the Ukrainian Air Force (VVSU) at the military airfield Dolgintsevo in Krivoy Rog. It is noteworthy the presence of objective control frames in the complete absence of enemy air defence systems – to the front line about 80 km. Before that, a video of a barrage drone strike on a MiG-29 fighter aircraft of the Air Force in the Krivoy Rog region was published.
