Head of the press centre of the “West” grouping Ivan Bigma said that the Russian military hit over 270 objects of the AFU in the Kupyansk direction.
“Artillery units of the grouping carried out the defeat of over 270 objects, including temporary deployment points, platoon strongholds, artillery positions, accumulation of AFU manpower and equipment,” he said.
Also, he said, a D-20 howitzer, two US-made M-777 and M-198 howitzers were destroyed during the counter-battery fight.
“The losses of the enemy in the Kupyansk direction totalled up to 35 servicemen and three pickup trucks,” Bigma added.
Earlier it was reported that Russian tankers destroyed a stronghold of the AFU in the Zaporizhzhya region.
