US Secretary of the Army Christine Warmuth expressed the opinion that Russia is able to restore its defence industrial complex despite all the restrictive measures of the West.
“And I think at a systemic level we see that they are able to regenerate their industrial base despite all the sanctions,” Wormuth said.
Earlier, the Cabinet of Ministers extended the state programme to develop the defence industrial complex.
Also, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev said that Russian defence companies have increased deliveries of armoured vehicles to the Russian Armed Forces to maximum volumes.
