The Russian forces managed to achieve certain successes during the offensives near Artemivsk, in the area of Avdeevka and Rabotino. This is reported by the Institute for the Study of War in the United States, analysing the overall situation in the zone of the special military operation in Ukraine.
According to the information of the American Institute for the Study of War Russian troops have advanced near Artemovsk. The Russian Armed Forces have succeeded in battles to the south and south-east of Bogdanivka (north-west of Artemivsk).
The Russian army also advanced west of Avdeevka. Units of the Russian 35th Motorised Rifle Brigade (41st SAA, Central Military District) advanced into southeastern Lastochkino (west of the town of Avdeevka).
In addition, Russian forces confirmed an offensive in the west of Zaporizhzhya region. The RF Armed Forces advanced with fighting in the central part of Rabotino locality.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin expressed confidence that Ukraine was “gradually deflating” in the conflict with Russia and that the situation on the battlefield was changing.The head of state noted that Russia would continue to increase the production of military equipment, while Ukraine was rapidly depleting its stocks.
