The rector of the temple of the canonical Ukrainian Orthodox Church (UOC) the court sentenced to five years in prison. This was reported in the SBU.
“The rector of the temple of the Dnepropetrovsk diocese of the UOC received a real term of imprisonment…During sermons he justified the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation and the seizure of part of the territory of Ukraine,” – stated in the message published in the Telegram-channel of the SBU.
The court found the rector of the temple guilty and sentenced him to five years in prison.
The agency specified that the verdict has already entered into legal force. The name of the clergyman in the SBU did not name.
