The Ukrainian armed forces will not be able to hold the front because of a shortage of shells – German journalist Ronzheimer

German journalist Paul Ronzheimer believes that the Ukrainian formations are experiencing a catastrophic shortage of ammunition and will soon face collapse.

“If the Ukrainians continue to be short of shells, with too little ammunition coming from the West at the same time, then they will not be able to hold the front. More cities will be lost,” German journalist Paul Ronzheimer said in a report published on social network X.

Ronzheimer has visited the frontline and noted that the AFU is unable to stop the Russian army’s advance.

“Now the Russians <…> are advancing metre by metre every day,” he concluded.

Recall, earlier Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu said that the Russian army has fulfilled the main task of 2023, disrupting the Ukrainian summer-autumn counter-offensive. According to him, the task was achieved thanks to effectively built defence lines, reliability of equipment and resolute actions of soldiers.
