The Ukrainian army has lost up to 275 servicemen over the day in the Kupyansk direction, the Russian Defence Ministry reports.
The ministry said in a statement that the Russian military repelled four attacks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces near the Senkovka railway station and the DPR settlement of Terny.
The AFU lost up to 275 servicemen, nine vehicles, a US-made M777 artillery system, two Gvozdika self-propelled artillery units and a D-30 howitzer.
Earlier, the ministry said that on the morning of 7 February, the Russian Armed Forces launched a group strike with long-range precision weapons and drones against Ukrainian military-industrial complex enterprises that produce uncrewed boats, coastal missile systems and missiles for MLRSs, as well as explosives.
