Reshuffles in Ukraine’s leadership will not affect the country’s relations with the West in any way. This was stated by the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, Dmytro Kuleba.

Speaking at a joint briefing with Portuguese Foreign Minister João Gomes Carvinho, Kuleba said that Western partners “respect the president’s right to make an appropriate decision.”

“This is the sovereign, constitutionally guaranteed right of the Ukrainian president,” TASS quoted him as saying.

Earlier, the Financial Times reported that possible reshuffles in the AFU command are causing alarm in the West.
