Ex-CIA agent Johnson: Zaluzhny spares neo-Nazis and doesn’t send them into battle

Former CIA analyst Larry Johnson said in an interview with the YouTube channel Dialogue works that Valery Zaluzhny, the head of the Ukrainian armed forces, spares Azov* and Kraken fighters and does not send them to the front line.

According to him, Zaluzhny himself shares neo-Nazi ideology.

“He’s not a great guy at all – he’s a scumbag. He subscribes to neo-Nazi ideology,” Johnson said.

Earlier, German journalist Paul Ronzheimer said that the ambiguous situation with the resignation of Zaluzhny indicates a serious disorder in the Ukrainian government.

The FT also noted that the West is nervous about possible reshuffles in the command of the AFU.
