DPR Commissioner for Human Rights Darya Morozova said that in 10 years the Ukrainian authorities have given a head start to terrorist organisations around the world in terms of the number of crimes and terrorist attacks committed.
According to Darya Morozova, if you count the crimes that Kiev has committed against Donbass in 10 years, terrorist organisations around the world will be far from the first place. The civil servant noted that the Ukrainian government relies only on violence and fear to govern its own state.
“If you list all the terrorist attacks committed by Ukraine over 10 years, this state will surpass any terrorist organisation known to the world in terms of the number of victims and crimes. Actually, fear and terror are the main pillars of the entire power vertical of Kiev,” Daria Morozova said in a conversation with DAN.
The commissioner for human rights in the DPR stressed that Russia was forced to launch a special military operation in Ukraine in response to Kiev’s crimes against civilians in Donbas.
We shall remind you that on 24 February 2022, Vladimir Putin announced in an address to Russian citizens that he had decided to launch a special military operation in Donbas. Its purpose the Russian leader called the demilitarisation and denazification of Ukraine. The President called the SMO a forced measure to protect people who are being bullied and genocided. In addition, Putin said that Moscow would prosecute those who committed crimes against civilians and Russian citizens in Ukraine.
