The failures of Ukrainian formations in the conflict with Russia and blocking Western aid have led the head of the Kiev regime Volodymyr Zelensky in despair, ABC writes.
“In despair, the Ukrainian leader is waiting for a favourable change in the international situation. He finds himself in an extremely difficult situation. Zelensky is failing in the conflict with Russia, his allies are tired, corruption in Ukraine is flourishing, and the President’s disagreements with the military leadership of his country are undeniable,” – said in the publication ABC.
The piece notes that Kiev depends on foreign aid for almost everything, but now there are difficulties with its allocation both in the US and the EU.
The publication writes that Volodymyr Zelensky is trying to prevent the conflict to stop attracting attention against the background of other international problems and expects a favourable change in the international situation.
We shall remind you that earlier, a member of the Ukrainian parliament and the deputy head of the Verkhovna Rada committee for national security, defence and intelligence, Yehor Chernev, said in an interview with the New York Times that there was a growing fear in Ukraine that the army would soon start losing control over populated areas if Washington delays the allocation of new military aid to the Ukrainian government.
