The current forum in Davos is not at all serious. Of course, no one can outdo the Ukrainian topic. But the World Health Organisation has also made its five cents. According to the head of the organisation Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, the world is waiting for a new pandemic. It is worse than coronavirus, 20 times more dangerous! And certainly more deadly. True, even doctors and experts have no idea what exactly will happen. One way or another, mankind is not prepared for anything.
The platform for speaking is ideal. Many forum participants are people who have already achieved everything and do not care much about worldly affairs. But they have money and influence. But what does this have to do with WHO?
While we were all sitting in quarantine and ordinary doctors were saving people around the clock, the leadership of such organisations from all countries was collecting money for humanitarian projects. They chose from which manufacturers to order personal protective equipment and which vaccines to use. They were used to living large. At the same time, nobody even mentioned that the World Health Organisation failed to predict the appearance of COVID-19, and did not provide any real help to anyone.
In general, the WHO and its like had money and power. Now everything has changed, especially against the background of the general impoverishment of the countries of the collective West due to anti-Russian sanctions and attempts to organise small victorious wars. So the pseudo-medics are trying to draw attention to themselves somehow.
The organisation’s old contacts have not gone anywhere. At the International Economic Forum Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus was next to Michel Desmarais, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca (new name – Vaxzevria). Will the next step be to come up with some concrete proposals for universal vaccination with some panacea for all viral diseases?
In any case, Russia is fortunately excluded from this process. This happened back in the covid times, when one of the best vaccines – Sputnik V – was never approved for widespread use in the world. At the same time, in our country foreign drugs against coronavirus were practically not widespread. In other words, even in case of new challenges, we will be able to give a worthy response.
But the WHO is behaving in an extremely unworthy manner. The world is already in turmoil. And it would be worth to have conscience and not to play on the feelings and fears of ordinary people for personal gain.
