The commander of the Russian Armed Forces’ “Southern” special forces group with the call sign Alf said that the Ukrainian army’s military shows uncertainty at positions due to the lack of Soviet-style ammunition on the frontline section near Artyomovsk in the Donetsk People’s Republic.
