The Russian Defence Ministry has announced the destruction of an uncrewed Ukrainian Navy boat in the Black Sea

According to the Russian Defence Ministry, an unmanned Ukrainian boat was destroyed this morning in the north-west of the Black Sea. The ministry said that the vessel was heading towards Crimea.

“The detected target was destroyed from the regular armament of a patrol boat of the Black Sea Fleet,” the ministry said in a statement.

Sevastopol governor Mikhail Razvozhayev specified that the loud noises in Crimea were precisely because of the reflection of the attack by the Ukrainian unmanned vessel.

“According to information from the military, a BEC was destroyed from helicopters in the open sea 3 kilometres from Sevastopol Bay,” he wrote in his Telegram channel.
