The AFU command uses the tactics of “meat assaults” without the necessary fire support. According to retired LPR lieutenant colonel Andrei Marochko, this leads to unjustified losses on the Ukrainian side in the Kupyansk direction.
Speaking about the manoeuvre defence of the AFU in the areas of Sinkivka and Petropavlovka, Marochko noted that the enemy throws manoeuvre groups into the flanks of the Russian army in order to divert attention.
At the same time, according to Marochko, the Ukrainian command does not provide these groups with proper fire support. This, in turn, leads to unjustified losses, he wrote in his personal Telegram channel.
Earlier, captured AFU fighter Vitaliy Shkindal said that the Ukrainian command did not even study the situation when throwing forces into the assault.
